• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven insurance products and experimental features
• Own end-to-end delivery of prototypes and MVPs in a fast-paced labs environment
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and domain experts to turn ambiguous ideas into working demos
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and explore innovative approaches
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure to support rapid experimentation

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping complex systems or features
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, with experience designing APIs, services, and integrations
• Proficiency in React or similar modern frameworks for building usable demo UIs
• Hands‑on experience with GCP or AWS, including provisioning environments and debugging in cloud‑native setups
• Actively uses AI tools in day‑to‑day development and understands how to leverage AI for productivity while maintaining code quality

• Experience working with life insurers, insurtechs, or understanding of insurance products
• Experience building or implementing life/annuity insurance administration systems
• Background in fintech, regulated industries, or B2B SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration
• Experience in a startup or "labs" environment with rapid iteration cycles
