  • Proactively identify performance, scalability, security, and reliability risks and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops.
  • Actively participate in production releases, deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Mentor mid‑level and junior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Manage multiple priorities while contributing to roadmap planning and technical strategy.
  • Participate in customer, partner, and internal stakeholder meetings as a senior technical representative.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience designing and implementing FHIR‑based APIs, including resource modeling, versioning, validation, and interoperability considerations.
  • Proven experience architecting mission‑critical, high‑availability systems handling large data volumes and high transaction throughput.
  • Expert‑level experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and modern web application development.
  • Strong experience with React and modern front‑end development practices.
  • Extensive experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and API integration patterns.
