• Deliver high-quality software and product-ready AI solutions for embedded controls systems in the electrification space.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, government regulations, and internal policies.
• Adhere to software design principles and understand supervisory controls architecture.
• Design and develop Physics and Controls requirements for mechatronic controls.
• Leverage AI to enhance productivity and deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain understanding of automotive communication protocols such as Ethernet, CAN, and LIN.
• Test and validate software functionality to ensure hardware agnostic solutions.
• Document design solutions and link them to test cases for traceability.
• Utilize automated test tools to verify functionality at various levels.
• Implement BDD/TDD methodologies to promote Software Built In Quality.
• Familiarize with Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

• BS in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or BS in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in embedded controls software.
• Proficient in C and Python programming languages.
• Expertise in troubleshooting field issues.
• Familiarity with AI solutions and applications.
• High integrity, self-directed, and able to handle ambiguity.
• Demonstrated innovative thinking focused on customer needs.
