Our client requires a senior engineer experienced with Ericsson Mediation EM24 to support real-time mobile usage processing, customer notifications, and agent visibility into usage metrics. The role operates within a formal SDLC, contributes to architecture and design reviews, and maintains system documentation while addressing issues during onshore hours.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document systems and applications within the established SDLC.
• Prepare and refine technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
• Review functional requirements and design artifacts and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with development staff to achieve quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
• Ramp up quickly on the EM24-based system and its integrations.
• Handle production and system issues during onshore hours and drive timely resolution.
• Be an active participant in design discussions and propose improvements.

• 5 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Ericsson Mediation EM24 in telecom data processing contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and support real-time data usage notifications and events.
• Experience collaborating in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Proven capability to support and troubleshoot production systems during business hours.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical and operational documentation.
• Ability to ramp up quickly on complex, integrated systems.
