Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise Management

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack initiatives, transforming product requirements into technical designs and implementations
• Design and evolve core organization management experiences, including both UI and backend services
• Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews and technical design feedback
• Collaborate with Product to define and prioritize work based on customer needs and business impact
• Promote the use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline engineering processes

• 5+ years of professional industry experience building and operating production software systems
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development, with a willingness to work across the stack
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining design choices to stakeholders
• A growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new domains, frameworks, and tools

• Experience scaling systems to serve 100k+ requests per second (RPS)
• Familiarity with DynamoDB
• Experience with technologies such as Go, React, and GraphQL
