Associate .NET Software Developer

Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is a full‑time hybrid position and only candidates within commuting distance to Cincinnati will be considered.

As a .NET Developer, you understand the client’s big‑picture business value and technical direction and can articulate possible solutions and next steps beyond the project  will integrate into a software development team without needing ongoing, daily supervision. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with client stakeholders on greenfield software development projects. You will regularly participate in pair programming and code reviews, putting you in the position to share your knowledge and upskill your team.

• Can solve a broad subset of problems with a broader set of solutions by choosing the right language, framework, and tool for a problem
• Work directly with key stakeholders at our clients to accomplish shared goals
• Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proactively identify opportunities, challenges, and issues and recommend a solution
• Demonstrate mastery of software development best practices (Agile, Dev Ops, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD)
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
• Thrive in an environment where there is close interaction among different roles and teams
• Are admired by the client as someone they can count on, regardless of title or seniority

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience with multiple frameworks using .NET / C#
• Experience with Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Git / Git Hub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tool is preferred
• Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus
• Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
• Successfully solve Callibrity’s Coder Pad and Code Pairing Challenges
