We are looking for analytical, detail‑oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will develop complex prompts to test AI models, write high‑quality responses to demonstrate excellence, and evaluate different model outputs based on accuracy and style guidelines. This role is ideal for professionals who regularly manage business communications and are interested in how AI tools may be used in real‑world work environments.

No previous AI experience is required.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find our most successful candidates work between 5‑40 hours per week.

• This is a full‑time or part‑time remote position
• You will be able to choose which projects you want to work on
• You can work on your own schedule
• Projects start at $20+ per hour, with a bonus rate of $28 per hour for high‑quality work
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $30+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high‑quality and high‑volume work

• Come up with diverse conversations over a range of topics
• Write high‑quality answers when given specific prompts
• Compare the performance of different AI models
• Research and fact‑check AI responses
• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluent in English
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) – a current, in‑progress, or completed degree is preferred but not required
• Experience managing small business communications and/or being self‑employed
• Excellent writing, research, and fact‑checking skills
• Strong fact‑checking skills and ability to work independently
• Detail‑oriented
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice

Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
