- Standardize quality assurance procedures for software and oversee testing and debugging processes
- Develop fixes and make recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues

- Provide on-call support as scheduled and understand the business purpose of software solution requests
- Contribute to team improvements through code reviews and suggestions on code enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent working experience
- Minimum of five years experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure
- Proficiency in writing Web APIs and user interfaces using ASP.NET Core and .NET Framework
- Strong SQL experience with moderately complex queries, stored procedures, tables, and views
- Knowledge of AGILE principles and methodologies, with experience in SCRUM and Kanban frameworks
- At least 2 years of experience in AI and automation
- Previous healthcare experience
- Military or government experience
- Familiarity with upgrading .NET frameworks and packages, including CI/CD pipelines with Azure Dev Ops
