Full Stack Application Developer

What you’ll be doing

This position is responsible for playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade business applications using modern cloud and web technologies. This position is ideal for a highly skilled developer who thrives in collaborative Agile environments, brings strong analytical thinking, and is passionate about delivering clean, efficient, and scalable solutions.

As an integral member of the development team, you’ll leverage the full software development lifecycle — from analysis and design through implementation and continuous integration — while working across front-end, back-end, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

You will be responsible for
  • Design, develop, and enhance full stack applications using modern frameworks and tools, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, constructive feedback, and improving coding standards and documentation.
  • Apply Agile best practices including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
  • Implement and maintain APIs and integrations between business systems, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to validate solutions, maintain high-quality code, and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative ways to improve development workflows.
  • Mentor junior team members, model best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
What we need from you
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience developing software applications across front‑end and back‑end technologies.
  • Proven experience working in Agile development environments, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex problems and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for new technologies and development trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
  • Valid Passport ability to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
