• Develop and maintain backend systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the existing codebase
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
