Software Engineer (Hybrid – Denver Metro Area)
Location:
Hybrid (Denver Metro Area) – Candidates must be located in Colorado within commuting distance of our Denver (RiNo) office. In-office at least 1 day/week. This position is not eligible for fully remote work.

What You’ll Do- Build and maintain applications using C#, .NET 8, and Azure-based services
- Develop and support APIs for core platform functionality
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to ship scalable features
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvements
- Stay current on modern engineering practices and tools

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience (including reputable bootcamps)
- 2+ years of professional experience with .NET and C#
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
- Familiarity with MVC concepts and 3-tier architecture (BAL/DAL)
- Git proficiency and experience with branch management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness in sprint-based workflows
- Must currently reside in Colorado within commuting distance of our Denver office (hybrid role; not eligible for fully remote work).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation
- Agile team experience
- Experience building data access layers (bonus:
Dapper
) - Full stack experience (bonus:
React
) - Interest in data, reporting, and analysis
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, insurance, or benefits
- Experience with mortgage-related systems or workflows
