We are hiring an AI Operations Associate to build and scale an intelligent assistant that supports our fast‑paced and growing business. This foundational role will bring structure, consistency, and strategy to how we use AI inside the company—creating tools that serve our clients by improving communication and experience, and that support our team internally by streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
You’ll own the beginning‑to‑end development of our AI bot, ensuring it’s not just functional but aligned with our brand voice and values. Responsibilities- AI Training: Participate in and complete all company‑provided AI training to ensure proper understanding and effective implementation of the AI bot.
- Build & Maintain AI Bot: Develop and maintain a custom AI bot that answers client questions, provides actionable next steps, and streamlines internal workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Brand Alignment: Train the bot to reflect our warm, professional, and results‑driven brand voice.
- Workflow Automation: Integrate the AI bot with business‑critical tools (CRM, payment systems, project management platforms).
- Knowledge Management: Implement company SOPs, FAQs, and best practices into the bot for consistency and accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and optimize for accuracy and engagement.
- Escalation Pathways: Build clear hand‑off processes to human team members when needed.
- AI Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of all AI tools and proactively recommend improvements that can increase company efficiency and client success.
- Strong interest in AI and automation; eager to learn and explore new tools.
- Ability to learn and implement systems quickly to bring order, scalability, and efficiency to a fast‑moving business.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge AI with business goals.
- Self‑starter mentality and high accountability for results.
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Fathom, or other chatbot platforms.
- Familiarity with business platforms like Go High Level , Kajabi, or
- Experience designing smooth, intuitive chat interfaces for clients and internal users.
- Prior experience in workflow automations or integrating AI with business systems.
- Remote position in the United States.
- Standard work hours are Monday‑Friday, 9 a.m.‑5 p.m. EST, but we offer great flexibility.
- Compensation: $45,000‑$55,000 annual salary with exponential growth potential.
