Senior Engineer Cryptography

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions that meet business requirements, enabling rapid innovation through modern software development practices
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to enhance application deployment and foster continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of modern software development practices and trends
• Provide daily support for cloud-native development activities, including automation scripts and build pipelines

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, or a High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using languages and frameworks such as Spring/Java and encryption/tokenization frameworks
• Experience in building systems that protect data using strong encryption/tokenization algorithms
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams performing systems automation and integration
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with different teams and demonstrate high initiative

• Recent experience designing and implementing products on cloud and microservices-based ecosystems
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Hudson, or Bamboo
• Experience in building products for application monitoring and resiliency
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, Active Directory, and network protocols
• Experience with implementing data caching and in-memory technologies at scale
