**** What You’ll Do****
* ** Manage, mentor, and grow a team of full stack engineers building and scaling Carbon Health’s care delivery service.**
* ** Provide technical leadership across frontend and backend domains while enabling the team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.**
* ** Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and other Engineering leaders to define technical strategy, priorities, and execution plans.**
* ** Drive architectural direction and ensure best practices are applied across web, mobile, and backend systems.**
* ** Own delivery outcomes by balancing scope, timelines, and technical quality.**
* ** Support system design and implementation decisions in a modern microservices and frontend application environment.**
* ** Establish and reinforce engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and automation.**
* ** Foster a culture of accountability, psychological safety, continuous improvement, and reliable delivery.**
* ** Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful adoption of platform capabilities.
****** Experience Requirements****
* ** 7+ years of experience building and scaling full stack applications.**
* ** 2+ years of experience managing engineers and leading technical teams.**
* ** Strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, including JavaScript and Type Script, with experience using React, React Native, and/or ExtJS.**
* ** Solid backend knowledge with microservice architectures and cloud-based systems.**
* ** Proficiency in at least one strongly typed backend language (preferably Kotlin, Scala, or Java).**
* ** Experience designing and working with APIs, including Graph

QL and REST.**
* ** Strong familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Dev Ops practices.**
* ** Experience working in distributed teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.**## ##
