In this role, you will lead the technical evolution of gaming and sports book platforms, significantly impacting a global, real-time betting ecosystem. Your expertise in high-volume distributed systems will be instrumental in driving both architectural integrity and immediate scalability.

As a hands‑on leader, you will guide cross‑functional teams, balance priorities, and propel innovation in a dynamic work environment, ensuring that we meet the challenges of rapid growth head‑on.

• Own the architectural roadmap across casino, sports book, and game studio, including legacy modernization and real‑time pipeline design.
• Architect high‑availability systems for financial transactions and traffic spikes using caching, auto‑scaling, and disaster recovery.
• Align cross‑functional teams on standards, mentor engineers, and maintain high‑quality ADR documentation.
• Define security architecture (Auth, API protection) and oversee observability and production troubleshooting.

• 8+ years building high‑volume distributed systems, with 3+ years in a Software Architect or Principal role.
• Expertise in backend engineering (Node, Java, Go, or PHP), relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL/MySQL), and Redis.
• Deep experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Mastery of microservices, event‑driven systems (Kafka/Rabbit
