SWE – Frontend Engineer

Our client, a growing Healthcare organization, is hiring a Front End Engineer to join their team remotely. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop core features, enhance platform reliability, and elevate the overall user experience of the company’s web product.

• Partner with design, product and backend teams to create polished, high-performing web interfaces.
• Develop reusable, responsive and accessible components using scalable and semantic React best practices.
• Support and enhance the ongoing evolution of the design system.
• Champion engineering excellence through clean code, clear documentation and strong communication.
• Promote a culture grounded in rigor, curiosity and attention to craft.

• At least 4 years of frontend development experience within a modern, product-focused software company.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript and Type Script in production environments.
• Solid understanding of UI testing, CSS-in-JS and server-side rendering.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with strongly typed SDK clients and APIs.
• Proven experience working with AWS-based infrastructure supporting customer-facing systems is a bonus.
• Experience building, maintaining and optimizing build, test and deployment pipelines in production.
• Familiarity with Figma-driven design systems and collaborative design workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, product and engineering teams.

• Salary: $100k - $150k.
• Remote working from U.S. or Canada.
