Ciklum is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team with full ownership of the product and codebase. You will participate in all stages of the development lifecycle — from ideation and design to architecture, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. This project enhances trust and transparency on a global consumer review platform by detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, such as fake reviews, and ensuring policy compliance through AI, data analysis, and scalable fraud detection systems.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data Science in a full ownership team
  • Participate in system design and technical decision-making
  • Develop scalable backend services and clean, reusable frontend components
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed cloud services
  • Contribute to planning, implementing, and releasing new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Actively participate in code reviews and team discussions
  • Support and inspire the team with your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack web development
  • Strong knowledge of Type Script, Node.js and React
  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
  • Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with No

    SQL databases (e.g., Mongo

    DB, Dynamo

    DB) and relational databases (e.g., Postgre

    SQL)
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Datadog, Grafana, or AWS Cloud Watch
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions)
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English

Experience with GCP and services like Big Query

  • Exposure to Python, .NET. or PHP
  • Frontend experience with CSS Modules, SASS, or Styled Components
  • Experience with end-to-end testing using Playwright
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure as code (e.g., Cloud Formation)
