Your role involves driving the technical advancement of our offerings, making certain they remain scalable, maintainable, and dependable over time. Working in close partnership with product teams, you will convert broad requirements into technical architecture decisions and address sophisticated challenges while upholding rigorous quality benchmarks. The decisions you make will define the product’s trajectory and affect how thousands of learners engage with educational content.

What You Will Be Doing- Feature Development:
Architecting and building new capabilities with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value. - Requirement Engineering:
Working alongside the product team to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features support overarching product objectives. - Operations and Maintenance:
Overseeing product health, optimizing performance, and anticipating and addressing potential issues before they escalate. - Technical Design:
Making high‑stakes technical choices that directly influence user experience and the product’s ability to scale.
- Jumping between short‑lived initiatives or pursuing the latest technology fads.
- Contributing to internal IT infrastructure or outsourced engagements that lack meaningful user engagement.
- Spending time in excessive meetings or troubleshooting monotonous infrastructure problems.
- At least 1 year of full‑stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
- At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
- At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
- Experience in using generative AI in your day‑to‑day development work.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
