- Apply domain expertise to train and evaluate AI models in your area of specialization (e.g., physics, law, finance, healthcare, linguistics, psychology, engineering).

- Advanced degree or proven professional background in one of the following domains:
- Science & Engineering (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Data Science, Robotics, IoT, Mathematics, etc.)
- Law (Corporate, Capital Markets, Security, Regulatory, Employment, Contract, Litigation, etc.)
- Finance (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Modeling, Accounting, Personal Finance, etc.)
- Healthcare & Psychology (Clinical, Psychiatry, Psychology, Well-being, Sexual Health, Geriatrics, etc.)
- Linguistics & Languages (English, German, Korean, French, ESL, Phonetics, Linguistics, etc.)
- Technology (Software Engineering, Frontend, Backend, QA, Automation, Blockchain, Game Development, Telecom, etc.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in training, tutoring, or evaluation roles.
- Familiarity with AI systems, machine learning concepts, or data-driven workflows.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven environments.
