Software Engineering - Packaged​/SaaS Application Engineer

Join a leading telecommunications and media services company in Canada as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer. We are looking for a skilled professional to help design and develop innovative solutions using Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM). This is a remote position, and candidates must be available to work in the EST time zone.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Over 5 years of experience in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM)
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in designing and developing OSM cartridges using Oracle OSM Design Studio
• Experience in implementing order lifecycle modeling, task orchestration, and compensation handling
• Ability to configure decomposition rules and fulfillment patterns
• Skilled in developing automation plug-ins using Java
• Expertise in implementing complex order transformation and mapping logic
• Experience in developing and supporting web services (SOAP/REST) integrations
• Proficiency in working with XML, XQuery, and JMS messaging

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with Oracle software solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Design and develop OSM cartridges using Oracle OSM Design Studio
• Implement order lifecycle modeling and task orchestration
• Configure decomposition rules and fulfillment patterns
• Develop automation plug-ins and support web services integrations
