Technical Leadership Ad Tech Engineering Management Ad Formats Infrastructure
We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Engineering Leader to enhance our Ad formats and infrastructure innovation. You will improve product development velocity, standardize formats infrastructure, consider end‑to‑end impact, and accelerate new formats innovation. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to create scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to enhance value for our advertisers.
Enhance infrastructure to make enhancements of formats faster.
Lead projects from concept to rollout.
Bring in ideas from across the industry to enhance the Ad product portfolio.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to build new Ad functionality and products.
Connect across various ad teams to create advertiser value.
Mentor staff engineers and leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of Technical Leadership experience.
2+ years as Senior Staff or above.
5+ years in Ads Domain with expertise in Ad‑tech.
Experience shipping consumer‑facing software (Ad Formats, Ad Reporting, Ad Manager, Ad Insights).
Understanding of privacy landscape and experience negotiating with privacy teams.
Track record of delivering high‑impact ads products.
Familiarity with Ads privacy (GDPR, CCPA, ePD, ATT, etc.).
Ability to deliver through others and hands‑on work.
Adept communicator with experience communicating with executives.
