What You Will Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing scalable software features using modern front and backend frameworks including React or Vue, Laravel, and Go.
• Refactoring, optimizing, and enhancing existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
• Contributing to technical planning and sprint deliverables, including time estimates and documentation.
• Performing code reviews and supporting quality assurance efforts through the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborating on architectural discussions and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Providing mentorship and best practices guidance to junior engineers.

What You Will Need:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience building software using Laravel and either React or Vue.
• Solid understanding of web development principles and RESTful API architecture.
• Experience working in a Git-based version control environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote, distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI architecture.
• Experience working within MVC frameworks and Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.
• Interest in performance tuning, monitoring, and system observability.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of multiplayer server ecosystems.
