Position: Android Developer (Poland)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionateSenior Android Developer with a strong command overKotlin and a solid grasp ofagile methodologies, and modern engineering practices such asTest-Driven Development (TDD) andExtreme Programming (XP). If you thrive in a team-oriented environment, lovepair programming, and are eager to build high-quality Android applications, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile and XP environment.
  • Engage inpair programming and help foster a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Set up and maintainCI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
  • Adhere toTDD principles and write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
  • Stay up to date with Android development best practices, tools, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.
  • Proficiency inKotlin and Android SDK.
  • Experience withCI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Bitrise, or similar.
  • Strong understanding and application ofTest-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience working inExtreme Programming (XP) environments.
  • Comfortable withpair programming and agile ceremonies.
  • Good communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
