We are looking for a Mid-level Software Engineer to join our Mobile Applications team. This role is hands-on and focused on building, maintaining, and improving high-quality mobile applications used across different business areas. You will work closely with Product, QA, and Backend teams, contributing to stable, scalable, and well-architected mobile solutions.

Quality, stability, and maintainability are key priorities for this role, alongside delivering roadmap features in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using .NET MAUI and/or React Native

Actively contribute to day-to-day development through clean, maintainable, and testable code

Participate in code reviews
, providing constructive feedback and promoting best practices

Support architecture decisions and technical improvements, appropriate to experience level

Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Backend teams across multiple systems and backends

Ensure high standards of application quality, performance, and stability

Contribute to CI/CD processes, including Azure pipelines
, build automation, and release workflows

Assist in mentoring less experienced developers where appropriate

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Skills, Knowledge and

Experience:

Commercial experience as a Software Engineer in mobile application development

Strong knowledge of .NET MAUI and/or React Native

Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based Web APIs

Understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure Dev Ops

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Strong focus on code quality, stability, and long-term maintainability

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

Experience with Prism (MVVM, navigation, dependency injection)

Exposure to Azure services, beyond CI/CD

Experience working with warehouse or logistics-related systems

Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools in Visual Studio

Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging in mobile applications
