Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

• Support all web development within the employer, providing mentorship and defining standards and best practices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to incrementally add features while managing technical debt
• Scale and maintain backend services to accommodate new feature requests and support a growing user base
• Improve the reliability and availability of the platform for families and partners
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development as needed to meet team deliverables

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in building single-page applications using modern frameworks
• Experience in building REST APIs and backend services using Node.js
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and context switch frequently

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Familiarity with modern Mar Tech tools such as Segment, Optimizely, and Mixpanel
