• Salary up to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience

• Understand the role of demand response and other distributed energy resources in energy markets and translate that understanding for sales and regulatory advocacy
• Communicate effectively across teams regarding complex processes and data management
• Develop analytical tools to support customer-facing needs in Sales and Marketing
• Manage programs related to financial forecasting, registrations, market invoicing, and customer settlements
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the profitability of market-specific portfolios

• 2-3 years of working experience
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage projects involving multiple teams over extended timelines
• Proficient in Excel and programming experience, particularly with Python

• 1-2 years of experience in the demand-side energy industry
• Demonstrated interest in the energy and/or climate space
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple business-critical tasks
• Uncommonly driven to succeed and self-initiated
