We’re hiring:
Front‑End Developers who build with AI, not around it.
At Swan Vale Strategic Growth, we deliver premium digital systems for enterprise clients — with 340% average conversion lifts and 6‑day turnarounds. That speed isn’t magic. It’s how we build.
We’re looking for front‑end developers who are already deep in the AI‑native workflow.
What we needYou live in v0 by Vercel — rapidly prototyping and shipping production‑ready UI from prompts, then refining with precision. You use Claude Code as a true development partner — not a copy‑paste assistant, but an agentic coding tool integrated into your terminal and workflow. You understand how to prompt, iterate, and architect alongside AI to produce work that would take traditional teams weeks.
Thestack
- Next.js / React / Tailwind
- v0 for rapid UI generation
- Claude Code for agentic development
- Figma to code pipelines
- Vercel deployment
- You can go from brief to deployed landing page in under 48 hours
- You’ve shipped real projects using AI‑assisted development — not just experimented
- You obsess over conversion‑driven design, not just aesthetics
- You’re comfortable working fast, autonomously, and at a premium standard
This isn’t a traditional dev role. We don’t measure hours. We measure output, speed, and quality. Our clients include Forbes México, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Aeropostale — the bar is high and non‑negotiable.
