About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Innovation team, where you will explore and develop transformative solutions at the intersection of cutting‑edge technology and clean energy. As the largest provider of asset operations and management software across Solar, Wind, and BESS assets, Power Factors is uniquely positioned to drive innovation in a rapidly evolving sector. You will work on rapid prototyping and iteration of new product concepts, leveraging AI‑assisted development and modern frameworks to create impactful solutions.

About You
You are an innovative, AI‑forward software engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments where experimentation and iteration are key. Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of full‑stack development experience building and deploying production applications
Strong proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar) and Type Script/Java Script
Solid back‑end development skills with languages like Python, Node.js, or Go
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL and No
SQL)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker)
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal)
Beneficial qualifications
Experience with AI‑assisted development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
Knowledge of LLM integration and building AI‑powered features into applications
Familiarity with modern UI libraries (Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Material‑UI)
Experience with real‑time data processing and visualization (Web Sockets, D3.js, Plotly)
Understanding of serverless architectures and event‑driven systems
Exposure to the renewable energy sector or IoT/industrial applications
Experience with rapid prototyping and lean development methodologies
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
Knowledge of data engineering and pipeline orchestration tools
