What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and iterate on features using Scala and React within a microservices architecture
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product offerings
Deliver code rapidly and participate in agile development cycles
Contribute to the design of scalable backend systems for B2B fintech solutions
Engage in feedback and collaborative growth with diverse team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong understanding of distributed systems and architectural performance
Experience in cloud computing and working with Scala and/or React
Proven ability to work independently and manage uncertainty
Background in the airline/travel industry or eCommerce
Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in agile software development methodologies
Familiarity with GCP, OpenAPI, Big Query, and Pub/Sub technologies
Previous work in cross‑functional teams with Product Managers and Data Scientists
Proven track record of writing testable and scalable code
Interest in fintech solutions and travel technology
