• Develop and maintain highly scalable, high performance, and highly available systems.
• Write well‑tested, efficient, and readable code.
• Structure code for reusability and maintainability.
• Ensure deliverables follow best practices around source control, CI/CD.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Align solutions with team deliverables and produce documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Attend and contribute to meetings; complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of production code experience in Python.
• 3+ years of production experience with AWS.

• Experience building serverless systems with AWS Lambda, ECS, and orchestration with Step Functions.
• Experience building event‑driven architectures with message queues and topics.
• Proficiency in identifying and implementing applicable design patterns.
• Proficiency using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, CoPilot).
• Solid understanding of source control (git), unit testing, test‑driven development, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of defining, packaging, and deploying cloud resources in CDK strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment and management strongly preferred.
• Experience building AI apps on Bedrock/Vertex AI/Azure AI with frameworks such as Lang Chain, vector databases, PyTorch/Tensor Flow strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile processes (stand‑ups, planning, estimating, demoing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with media file container formats, media/video engineering a plus.
