Golang Backend Engineer Pricing & Internal Tools

We are seeking a motivated Backend Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team, focusing on developing internal tools that enhance company-wide operational efficiency. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of new features and services, improve existing systems, and further develop your technical skills alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative setting.

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and backend services primarily using Golang, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and usability
• Build and maintain user interfaces
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand user needs and deliver quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices
• Participate in code reviews and give/receive constructive feedback to improve team quality and consistency
• Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operation of critical internal systems
• Proactively contribute to process improvements, automation, and documentation
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and development practices

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software development
• Solid Go programming skills
• Familiarity with React is a plus
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
