• Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code.

• Participate in defining software requirements and specifications.

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on modernization.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DFSORT, and IBM supplied utilities.
• Experience in the US Life & Annuity Insurance domain is essential.
• Ability to provide support to Production/Test Batch Cycle and resolve outstanding issues.
• An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training in software engineering are a plus.
