• Define architectural guidelines and best practices for software development
• Lead software development initiatives from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams
• Proactively monitor and improve existing production applications and core infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Six or more years of programming experience
• Deep experience in modern programming languages and cloud development
• Mastery of Scrum, Dev Ops, and Test-Driven Development
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
