• Design, build, and ship agentic workflows across multiple domains, including research agents, coding assistants, and conversational agents
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, from data ingestion to action taking and evaluation
• Build multi-step agents capable of autonomous planning, context tracking, and API orchestration
• Architect systems using modern agent stacks and deploy agents as microservices with proper observability
• Mentor junior developers and communicate directly with Product Owners to ensure requirements are understood

• Must have a university degree in computer science or a related program
• 8+ years of experience as a developer, with 2+ years as an AI developer
• Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
• Proven knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and various database technologies

• Experience with No
  
  SQL databases like MongoDB
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy and machine learning

• Previous experience in the field of occupational health, environment, ergonomics, or safety
