• Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, and take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading transport operators.
• Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams.
• Conceptualise and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation.
• Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.

We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Indonesia. We are a remote‑first company, with teams located around the globe and our HQ office in Berlin.

• 4+ years of work experience in a high‑growth company (experience in a technology/software company, travel agency, transportation, and logistics industry is an advantage but not a must).
• Proficiency in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.
• Experience with APIs and Postman.
• Experience in managing stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
