• Build cloud-native services using Scala and open-source frameworks such as Akka and ZIO
• Develop unit and integration tests using Scala Test
• Actively participate in stand-up meetings and peer code reviews
• Support clients through system integrations and resolve production issues
• Collaborate closely with the Investments Product Management team throughout the software development process

• Degree in Software Engineering
• Minimum of 9 years in web-based application development
• At least 2 years of experience with Scala (Node.js or Java is a plus)
• Strong understanding of relational or No
  
  SQL database concepts and modeling practices
• Excellent communication skills and solid problem-solving abilities

• Passion for actively learning new technologies
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group effort
• Collaborative approach to software development
