Sr Powerbuilder Developer – Richmond VA; W2

This individual will work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems
• Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team.
• Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze, assess requirements-
• Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.
• Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation Power Builder Applications

• Hands-on experience developing Powerbuilder applications using Power Builder 12.5 or higher – Required – 7 Years
• Design and develop clear and maintainable code – Required – 5 Years
• Team Foundation (Azure Dev Ops) Server and it’s use to support version control, and application lifecycle management – Required – 5 Years
• Experience working with Agile/scrum project management methodologies – Required – 2 Years
• Able to work independently as well as in a teamwork environment – Required – 2 Years
• Pay attention to details and have a result driven mind set – Required – 2 Years
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads business analysts. – Required – 2 Years
• Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or highter or MySQL or similar – Required – 7 Years
• Design and develop clear and maintainable code – Required – 7 Years
