We need someone that can facilitate a transition of the software and do basic maintenance. They need to work with the principal of a small company we recently acquired to make sure we have a good copy, we can compile the code, and document the code with the principal. This needs to happen over a 90 day timeframe to allow the principal to transition out, but then the contractor needs to maintain the code for 6 more months.
The language is Xbase++. I believe this language is also compatible with Clipper. The tool used to develop in is Alaska Xbase++. It’s a top priority of our Chief Emerging Products Officer to get a developer in quickly.
