• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components with a focus on performance and reliability

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering high‑quality products
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and ability to apply them to AI agents
• Proficient in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and related frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud‑native deployments
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills in distributed environments

• Hands‑on expertise with AI orchestration frameworks and building workflows for multi‑agent systems
• Development experience on the Service Now Platform
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
