- Conducting internal research to understand the workflows of engineers
- Building cross-functional trust by understanding team needs

- Interfacing with leadership and vendors to acquire necessary tools
- Improving internal tooling processes company-wide
- Crafting long-term strategies with a balance of short-term requirements
- Being a visible voice for team feedback and understanding
- Optimizing codebase patterns and enhancing CI tool chains
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience implementing team-wide process/tooling changes
- Ability to assess needs and trade-offs in scaling organizations
- Understanding of developer tool chains (IDEs, text editors, etc.)
- Experience in writing technical documentation and guides
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Familiarity with Type Script, React, and Postgres is a plus
