• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or AI Engineer.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong hands‑on experience working with LLM platforms (OpenAI APIs or similar).
• Design, develop, and optimize prompt engineering workflows, including system prompts, user prompts, and multi‑step reasoning chains.
• Integrate AI‑driven logic into production systems, collaborating closely with backend engineering teams.
• Work within Node.js and Type Script environments to implement and maintain AI‑related features.
• Analyze, test, and evaluate AI outputs, applying a strong analytical mindset to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Experience designing AI‑powered features for consumer‑facing web or mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for prompts, workflows, and AI system behavior.
• Identify, debug, and address issues related to AI performance, output quality, and system integration.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
