Bally’s Media operates the Bally Sports Live and Stadium sports streaming services. Bally Sports Live is a free live streaming app that allows sports fans to engage with their favorite events in real-time while fostering interactive fan communities and earning rewards for activities. Stadium, a joint venture between Bally’s and Silver Chalice, is a free advertising‑supported streaming (FAST) sports network distributed through partners such as Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Fire TV and Prime Video, Tubi, You Tube TV, Direc

TV and Fubo. Sports and events that Bally Sports Live and Stadium broadcast include Minor League Baseball, Savannah Bananas, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, GLORY Kickboxing, AVP Pro beach volleyball as well as betting shows.

We’re looking for a Lead iOS Developer to help build high‑performance, media‑rich iOS applications powering video streaming and interactive game experiences. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll deliver complex product features while also providing architectural guidance across a modern iOS tech stack.

This role is a current vacancy, and we are actively seeking a candidate to join the team.

Lead the development of engaging iOS applications focused on real‑time live video streaming and interactive game mechanics.

Architect and implement features using Swift, Swift

UI, MVVM, and modern concurrency.

Optimize media playback, buffering, and UI responsiveness to ensure smooth, reliable video streaming experiences.

Integrate analytics and observability tools such as Datadog and Crashlytics to maintain production‑grade stability.

Build and manage local data layers using SQLite, Core Data, and Realm, selecting the right solution for each use case.

Use Swift Package Manager (SPM) to manage dependencies and modularize application architecture.

Collaborate closely with design, Android, and backend teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality user experiences.

Lead by example through code reviews, promoting best practices in performance, testability, and modular design.

Deep understanding of Swift

UI, MVVM architecture, and reactive programming patterns such as Combine.

Proven experience working with video streaming applications, including media playback optimization (AV Foundation, HLS).

Excellent expertise in local persistence using SQLite, Core Data, and Realm, with a focus on performance.

Proficiency with Swift Package Manager and structuring large‑scale, modular iOS apps.

Experience with Firebase, particularly crash reporting, remote configuration, and analytics.

Familiarity with Datadog and Crashlytics for logging, monitoring, and incident response.

Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance profiling skills.

Experience with React Native is a plus.
