• We're looking to hire a Senior React Native Developer to join our team.
• You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
• Team Augmentation: integrate directly into a client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional mobile software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four-year college degree.
• Solid background in React Native.
• Proven experience with native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade iOS and Android applications.
• Ability to deliver smooth, high-performance, animation-heavy mobile experiences.
• Experience developing non–form-based, highly interactive, or immersive mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, including rendering, memory, and threading.
• Hands‑on experience with device onboarding flows, including Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
• Familiarity with media and audio workflows within mobile applications.
• Ability to translate complex interaction and motion designs into polished, production-ready features.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, maintainable mobile architectures.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership of your work and consistently meet agreed expectations.
• Ability to identify with the goals of Full Stack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
