Software Development Engineer in Test with over 5 years of experience in quality engineering for C#/.NET applications. Expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks, API testing, and performance testing, along with strong manual testing fundamentals. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborative team member delivering reliable, scalable solutions and providing production support for OPEXUS/Casepoint applications.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional areas.
- Design, write, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, integration, and deployment testing.
- Perform defect identification, triage, tracking, and verification, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing for all FOIAX press and eCasere leases to ensure product stability and quality.
- Perform Section 508 accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and assist with performance testing and test automation activities.
- Validate deployments across environments (DEV, TEST etc.) and verify post-deployment application health.
- Provide production support by investigating reported issues, reproducing defects, and assisting with root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience testing enterprise software applications.
