Position: Contract Python Developer

Contract Python Developer (Outside IR35)

We’re partnering with a growing technology business that is expanding into a new market and needs an experienced Contract Python Developer to help accelerate product delivery.

This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong view to extension well beyond, dependinguyen on delivery and team fit.

You’ll be working on a mature CRM and customer portal alongside a collaborative team of four engineers, building new functionality and enhancing existing capabilities using Python and Type Script.

The contract is Outside IR35. There will be a few days onsite in Belfast initially to get up to speed with the platform and team, then the role moves to predominantly remote working.

The Role

You’ll be contributing across backend services and platform features, supporting the evolution of the product as the business enters a new market. Expect hands‑on development, pragmatic engineering, and close collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience delivering production Python systems
• دوثcomfortable working in a small, agile engineering team
• Experience building and extending APIs and platform features
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver at pace

Contract Details

• A few days onsite in Belfast initially, then remote
• Competitive daily rate depending on experience
