We're building a team of talented engineers who are passionate about developing high-quality products that solve real-world problems. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work on automation testing, test strategies, and ensuring the reliability of AI-powered applications.

We're looking for a skilled QA Engineer who:
  • Has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Is proficient in writing and executing test cases, debugging, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
  • Has hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or other automation tools.
  • Understands API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Is comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Has experience with performance and security testing (a plus).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
    • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing for Lucio's AI‑driven legal solutions.
    • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Trello.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Continuously improve testing strategies and automate repetitive testing tasks.
    Who You Are:
    • You have 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
    • You have worked with both manual and automated testing frameworks.
    • You enjoy working in a fast‑paced startup environment and proactively improve QA processes.
    • You're detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering bug‑free software.
