As their team continues to grow, they have partnered with us to look for experienced software developers to join their team.

This role is perfect for experienced developers who are proficient in the technologies and development environment outlined below.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will work as an independent contributor, focusing on coding, testing, and delivering features.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Serve as a senior technical resource on a cross-functional, agile development team, working with developers, quality assurance professionals, and business analysts
* Implement system features that align with business goals while integrating seamlessly into the broader platform ecosystem
* Participate in design and architecture decisions, providing input based on your technical experience
* Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and help meet both short-term and long-term business objectives
* Follow and contribute to department-wide technical, process, and quality standards
* Deliver consistent code contributions that align with User Stories and sprint goals
* Meet unit testing requirements and collaborate with QA to ensure successful functional and regression testing of all features
* Ensure compliance with system performance and scalability goals
* Maintain a security-first mindset in all development efforts
** Skilled Needed:
*** 5 to 10 years of experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on
** C#
*** Strong programming, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in
** C# and .NET**
* ** Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred
*** At least 3 years of experience contributing in a senior technical role
* Experience in enterprise-level system architecture, including designing and delivering
** RESTful APIs**, integrations, and complex business processes
* Hands-on experience with cloud services implementation and configuration, including serverless technologies, data storage, messaging, and logging (
** Azure preferred)
*** Experience with both monolithic and
** microservice
* * architecture design and implementation
* Proven experience in designing reliable and performant data storage solutions, including
** SQL DBs, Document DBs**, and
** unstructured data storage
*** Expertise in creating
** CI/CD
** pipelines that support
** Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
*** Proven experience working on large software development projects, collaborating across multiple agile teams
