We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Developer with expertise in Guidewire to join our dynamic broken team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in guiding and leading the technical aspects of Guide kamid projects, ensuring the successful implementation of insurance solutions. Your primary responsibilities will travel providing technical leadership, architecture design, and hands‑on development expertise to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification: ACE/Associate Level with Elysian/Flaine Version (Mandatory)
• Strong programming skills with Java and experience in Gosu language.
• In-depth understanding of the Guidewire platform and its various modules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to drive successful project delivery.

Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with Guidewire platform components, such as Policy Center, Claim Center, and Billing Center.

Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire‑based solutions.

Design and architect Guidewire solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.

Work closely with the architecture team to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Guidewire applications.

Engage in hands‑on development to implement complex business requirements and enhancements.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure the team's adherence to coding standards.

Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of technical requirements and project goals.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Proactively troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project success.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and knowledge‑sharing materials.
