What You’ll Be Doing As A middle senior Senior Fullstack Engineer (Poland Remote) At Mold Stud## Senior Fullstack/Backend Engineer Mold Stud  is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack/Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for crafting robust, scalable distributed systems and are driven by the opportunity to build high-performing, reliable software solutions, this role is for you.

You will be a core contributor to our foundational shared services, directly impacting the functionality and success of our innovative platform.##

Job Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and optimize scalable shared backend services, with a primary focus on Java and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
* Implement efficient and secure RESTful APIs and event-driven systems to support seamless integration and data flow.
* Contribute to the development of user-facing frontend components, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional user experience.
* Enhance existing services to improve performance, reduce operational costs, and maintain a high standard of efficiency.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
* Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
* Uphold code quality through rigorous peer reviews, comprehensive automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed shared components, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing.## Qualifications
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development, demonstrating deep expertise in Java.
* Proven experience with serverless frameworks such as AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.
* Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, including frameworks like React or Web Components.
* A strong theoretical and practical understanding of distributed systems, scalability principles, and data modeling techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders across geographically dispersed locations, including teams in Europe and the USA.
* Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, specifically developing serverless applications on AWS utilizing services like Lambda, Dynamo

DB, API Gateway, and SNS/SQS/Event Bridge.
* Extensive knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, test-driven development, code profiling, and debugging.
* Proficiency with CI/CD tools and methodologies for build, deployment, and test automation.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical colleagues in an agile setting.
* A genuine passion for mentoring and developing the skills of junior engineers.
