Senior Software Engineer (Python) – Remote

ICF is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to develop API products that empower millions of healthcare enrollees to own their medical data, based in the United States.

Core responsibilities include:

• Create and manage dashboards using AWS Quick Sight to provide data insights for end users.
• Demonstrate work in both small and large virtual settings with clients and end‑users to refine dashboards and meet business requirements.
• Collaborate through Agile methodologies with UX designers, researchers, back‑end engineers, FHIR specialists, and product owners.
• Participate in code reviews on Git Hub and share knowledge across the team.

• 5+ years professional software development experience.
• 3+ years experience working in Python.
• 2+ years experience with tools such as JIRA, Git Hub, and Confluence.
• _SKIP>1+ year experience with cloud platforms in AWS.
• 1+ year experience in Djangoermish issues? 1+ year in Django administration.
• 1+ year experience with at least one analytical/visualization platform (Quick Sight, Power
  
  BI, Tableau, GIS).
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent (e.g., 6-week bootcamp + 1+ year IT experience) acceptable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Residency and authorization to work in the U.S.; employee must work in the U.S.
• Residence in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.

• Master's degree.
• Prior consulting or healthcare experience an advantage.

• Familiarity with Python, Django, AWS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical decision‑making, and end Sortiment.
